Today, we are truly proud to announce the achievement of the UNIPdR 125:2022 certification for gender equality.

Inclusivity is a core value for MACPI, and we are committed, every day, to providing equal opportunities to all our employees, because talent and passion have no gender.

What is the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Certification?

The UNI PdR 125 Reference Practice, published on March 16, 2022, defines the guidelines to be adopted in a gender equality management system.

In order to make the actions effective, they will be analyzed through KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to measure and, subsequently, evaluate the results.

The 6 thematic areas involved in the evaluation are:

· Culture and strategy
· HR Processes
· Governance
· Growth and inclusion opportunities
· Pay equity
· Protection of parenthood
