Our initiatives for a Green Future
An Energy Audit conducted in 2023 highlighted our impact in terms of energy consumption. It revealed a clear path to improving our energy efficiency and significantly reducing consumption and emissions.
Light
the replacement in the production department of halogen lighting with modern led systems has led to a saving of 40%
Steam
the replacement of the boiler that feeds the steam system used to test our machines has allowed us to save 30% on consumption
Air
the replacement of compressors has allowed us to save 30% on compressed air consumption
Photovoltaics
The installation of a photovoltaic system has enabled us to generate clean energy independently, reducing our reliance on the external grid and significantly cutting CO2 emissions.
With these initiatives, we are creating a more sustainable, low-emission production model.
AERE Energy Expertise
Energy audit performance certificate
AERE certificate attests to the actual savings of MACPI’s company energy costs.
An important goal achieved thanks to interventions carried out to improve environmental efficiency and sustainability.
Support for energy efficiency improvements in buildings and/or production plants of companies. We will complete the interventions by December 31, 2024, and in 2025, once the reduction in consumption is certified, we will add the certification to our commitment to sustainability.
