Automatic unit for the ironing and drying of jackets and trousers by heated pressing and vacuum (for hospital or communities utilization)
The automatic unit has the following 4 working stations:
a. garment positioning - heated mobile vacuum buck - 1 or 2 operators
b. garment pressing by heated upper plate and heated vacuum lower shape
c. garment vacuum and cooling
d. unloading and folding - 1 person
The automatic unit is featuring the following characteristics and is complete with:
* plates dimensions 220x91cm
* selector to raise/lower the front preparing plate
* two footswitches for the vacuum switch-on and the conveyor start
* adjustable ironing pressure
* no.2 built-in vacuums of 7,5Hp
* inverter for transport control
* programming by Touch Screen terminal for the setting-up of:
* selection of 1 or 2 working parts
* selection of automatic or semiautomatic cycle
* setting and control of the working plate temperature
* transport time
* pressing time
* vacuum time of the pressing plate
* no.2 water spraying devices
* lighting of setting area
