PRESSING OF TWO SLEEVES (ELBOW)

Carousel machine with two 180° rotating lower plates and one head with vertical descent.
(The flat shapes can be different from each other).
The machine is featuring the following characteristics and is complete with:
* steam heating
* vacuum lower plate; vacuum both at the beginning and at the end of the working cycle with the possibility to switch it off at the end; separate vacuums (right/left) for double shapes
* steaming upper plate
* lower air blowing only programmed
* suction hoods with electric fans (only for shapes without vacuum edge)
* safety device for machine rotation by automatic gate
* Touch Screen
* selection of the adjustable pressing pressure
The shape is provided with:
* sponging
* ironing pressure adjustment
* double lower suction
* single upper suction
