EDGES AND LAPES PRESSING

Pressing machine with two double, 180° rotating lower shapes, one upper shape with inclined vertical descent, two lateral shapes with horizontal movement and steam heated shapes.
The machine is featuring the following characteristics:
* central steaming upper shape with sponing position
* steaming and vacuum lateral shapes with sponing position
* manual vacuum lower plate for right/left sides, right/left lapels and in automatic by only one control. Vacuum both at the beginning and at the end, with the possibility to switch it off at the end, manual double steaming and in automatic, air blowing only in automatic
* selection of the adjustable pressing pressure
* no.3+3 pedals
* safety device for machine rotation with pneumatic gate
* suction hoods made by conveyable air electric fans (only for shapes without APS)
* 7'' Touch Screen TC7 with USB port
The shape is provided with:
* sponging
* ironing pressure adjustment
* quadruple lower suction
